Have you ever been moving right along through life, doing your best to be better, more loving, more present and then BAM! You come to a juncture and you feel like all you've actually done is come full circle; spun around in a circle only to be right back where you were? F*&K! I've been there, many times, and it feels SO incredibly defeating.
One of my biggest recent realizations in life is that you have actually never come full CIRCLE. You are always coming full SPIRAL. At least in some tiny ways you have grown, you have learned, you are a different person than you were just yesterday. Even if you feel like you are learning the same lesson over and over and over; you are learning it from different levels and eventually you will transcend it or SPIRAL UP.
How long that takes and how many times you have to continue to learn that lesson is entirely your choice.
I want to support women who feel lost after looking for answers outside of themselves and want direction on moving towards the amazing life that only self knowledge and radical personal responsibility can bring.
I'd love to help you avoid as many spiraling out of control or being in a downward spiral moments as possible. And instead spiral up through all parts of life faster, cleaner and with more fun and confidence .
No-one is coming to save us. Personal Responsibility for our mind, body and spirit is a pre-requisite for any kind of happy, harmonious life. Not only are there just too many mistakes to have to make them all ourselves but there is also too much information and opportunities for distraction coming at us almost every second of every day.
I have intentionally created amazing opportunities in my life that have allowed me to access the desire, intuition, time and money needed to explore resources of all sorts that have all had a small part in creating my current beautiful, totally imperfect, forever work-in-progress life.
I'm hoping I can pay it forward and try to help those who don't YET have those same luxuries, get a jump on things and not have to go down all of those rabbit holes personally.
